As my nose was raised high and I lost facial volume, the nasal tip became too pointy. I like the front view, but the side view looks too artificial. It doesn’t suit my overall facial balance either. So I want to reshape it to be rounder and lower the height again. In this kind of case, they’d probably remove at least a little bit of septal cartilage, right? I want it removed
