So they called it a non-implant surgery: the bridge was reinforced with dermis to support the thinned skin, though now it has almost all been absorbed, and I had revision surgery using cartilage for the nasal tip. They said that because of the Medpor inserted in the nasal tip during the first surgery, when they opened it during the revision, the cartilage had all melted or something like that, so they newly rebuilt the inside with ear cartilage. But as the dermis on the bridge got absorbed, only the nasal tip remained sharply pointed ...
