I think it’s become hard to breathe because of the osteotomy. When I go to an ENT clinic for an exam, they say my airway is sufficient. But I don’t feel that wayㅡㅡ
Even just getting surgery for my currently deviated nose, with septal deviation + septal reconstruction, seems like it would take several hours. If I add osteotomy restoration on top of that, it feels like it would really become a major surgery. I’m currently 173 cm and 73 kg, so if I lose weight down to the high 60 kg range, would breathing become easier?
The nasal soft tissue would slim down too, right
