Hello… I’m on day 5 after rhinoplasty without implants, and I’m considering early removal. The reason is that it doesn’t seem natural. Of course, not all the swelling has gone down, but the columella area has been shaved down too much. Even if the nasal tip comes down and becomes a bit more natural after the swelling goes down, I don’t think that columella will look naturally rounded like my original nose. It just feels like it’s been shaved down like some kind of bone. My eyes, face shape, and mouth are all on the flashy side, so if my nose looks even a little obviously done, it doesn’t suit me. I really wanted it to look like I hadn’t done anything, but it already seems obvious from the columella, so I’m trying to remove it…
