When I eventually get my nose implant removed, should I do it at one of the big three or at the place where I had surgery? For ㅇㄷ removal, the big three are what, ㄱㅇㅅ, ㅍㄹㅁ, and I know one more, but I wonder if I remember the two-syllable name. Anyway, would it be a bit expensive if I did it there? I don’t plan to keep silicone in my nose for my whole life ㅠㅠㅠ So later, if the silicone shifts or small problems come up, I’m just going to use that as the reason to remove it ㅠㅠ I used to like exercising too, but I can’t, and it’s so hard
