I had nose surgery with a closed approach 20 years ago, and it became as if there was slight contracture, so I visited about 20 hospitals and decided. But maybe my expectations were too high. It was a bulbous nose and slight contracture, and those parts improved, but something subtly doesn’t feel right. I don’t want to do it again either, so I try to see it as pretty and tell myself it’ll be okay once the residual swelling goes down, but I keep getting depressed. It’s a hospital famous in this community for bulbous noses, and it’s currently in the top 3 in review posts, but I like a straight nose and dislike a semi-upturned line, yet it’s very slightly semi-upturned, and the columella is prettier than before too, but maybe because of that, it looks a bit like an ajumma nose…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
