I had a straight-to-slightly-curved, flashy nose, so I had it lowered once through early correction. After that, it still seemed too high, so I had the silicone removed and left the nasal tip cartilage in. Even so, my nose still looks high and upturned, so I’m thinking about removing it naturally back to my original nose or having a fourth revision. If anyone who has had a third revision has reviews of ㅍㄹㅁㅅㅇ, please think of it as saving a person and share your consultation or post-op review. Since everything was built up with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, I’m worried my nose will droop too much if I have everything removedㅠㅠ
