There were more comments than I expected, so I’m leaving a two-month review. They refined the nasal tip with donated dermis and donated costal cartilage, and I really like it. It also seems like there has been almost no absorption. More than anything, I was extremely worried that if I removed the silicone, I wouldn’t be able to adjust to my nose being lower, but I think it’s somewhere between my original nose and my surgically enhanced nose, like everyone says Personally, I don’t think removing both the silicone and the nasal tip support completely is the way to go; if the tip drops too Anyway, I’m 200% satisfied right now.

I had a straight-to-slightly-curved, flashy nose, so I had it lowered once through early correction. After that, it still seemed too high, so I had the silicone removed and left the nasal tip cartilage in. Even so, my nose still looks high
