After deviated septum surgery 3 years ago, I developed a saddle nose. I kept only thinking about it because of work, but now I’m trying to have reconstruction. If I reconstruct it, would it be okay to use ear cartilage, or would autologous costal cartilage be better? Please recommend. Please recommend a hospital that is good at reconstruction, and let me know the cost too. Will it be very expensive?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
