I decided on surgery at one of the top three places for removal and went back for a final consultation, but they told me to reconsider surgery. I’m grateful that they sincerely told me that the nasal obstruction, which is my biggest concern, can’t be resolved by a plastic surgery clinic, but if I miss this chance, I don’t know when I’ll be able to get it done again, so I’m really torn ㅠㅠ First of all, I originally had a severe saddle nose, and while shaving down the hump, they used silicone and septal cartilage for the nasal tip. Maybe because it’s been so long, my nasal obstruction is so severe that I’m just trying to remove the silicone, but if I remove it, the saddle nose will come back, so a high-difficulty procedure like a spreader graft …
