I’m planning revision rhinoplasty, and the material will be costal cartilage. My nasal tip skin is thin, so in the previous surgery they made the nasal tip a little pointed and raised it, but I had redness. So this clinic said they would add a layer of autologous dermis to prevent redness. What do you think? Has anyone had surgery with autologous dermis added? ㅠㅠ Cosmetic surgery experts, please let me know ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
