On Thursday I removed the nasal silicone and the ear cartilage from the nasal tip, did nasal tip cartilage suturing, and filled in the area where the silicone had been with temporalis fascia. But why on earth are my nostrils uneven They were uneven before too, but it’s probably because of swelling for now, right I went through all that, and now they’re uneven, so it bothers me so much
