I had it done 5 years ago, and now my contracted nasal tip has silicone protrusion, and it has slightly broken through the skin. My condition is a mess, including a deviated nose, inflammation, and so on. Of course I’m going to have revision surgery, but I went to 2 places today, and one said to remove it and come back after 6 months, while the other said removal and revision surgery can be done at the same time. Ideally, having at least 6 months is best, but honestly I want to do it right away. Since they’re opening my nose anyway, I want to do it all at once. Are there any famous places for revision rhinoplasty? Please recommend places that can proceed with removal and revision surgery at the same time.
