Hello, I’m a 32-year-old man. It has been 7 years since I had nose surgery. My nose was not particularly a complex for me, but because I work in a profession where I stand on stage, I wanted to make a slight change, so I had the surgery. At first, I had a procedure to raise the nose with a thread called ㅇㅂㅋ, but because I thought there was a problem with the nasal tip, I had surgery only on the nasal tip using septal cartilage. At the time of surgery, the director asked whether I wanted to remove the threads in the nasal bridge and dorsum, but I thought there was no particular problem there and I liked the shape, so I said I would leave them as they were and had the surgery. I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
