I’m now 8 weeks post-op. I had ear cartilage and septal cartilage placed in the nasal tip, and because the tip was raised, a little dermis was inserted in between. Will the nasal tip get a bit smaller? It turned out too high. I already had a large bulbous nose to begin with, but it feels like someone pulled my nasal tip outward. From the side, it looks slightly foreigner-like. Will it get a bit smaller over time? Not just dropping, but I’d like the nasal tip itself to get a bit lower. I wonder if that won’t happen. In cases like this, is revision surgery just the answer?
