When I went to consultations at several places, they suggested using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but the hospital I decided on for surgery said my septal cartilage is quite large, lol, so it might be possible without using ear cartilage... My concern was more about having a bulbous nose than the nasal bridge...• ᴗ •̥ ˳ ˳ I think the surgery will use septal cartilage as the material, without an implant. But is it okay to use only septal cartilage as the material...! Will it definitely droop later? And usually, it’s better to make it look pretty while using as little material as possible, right..?
