Purpose: Wanted only the hump shaved down with a closed approach
Diagnosis: First, he said that if I don't have a closed surgery and only shave the hump, there will be excess skin. He said that skin would sag and make the nasal tip look longer. A diagnosis I was hearing for the first time. It's not even severe enough for osteotomy, so would there really be so much excess skin from the volume of the hump-shaving area that the nose length looks like it drops further downward? That thought came to mind.
Cost written arbitrarily.
