Of course it varies from person to person, but there seem to be quite a few people whose columella curled inward, so if that’s the case, I don’t think total removal is the answer ㅠㅠ Then I wonder what should be left at the nasal tip and covered over. But then, seeing people here who left something in their nose end up removing it again makes me think complete removal might be better, but I’m so scared. If I remove it this time, I really want to be done with nose surgery now
