I’m worried about things like columella retraction and contracture after total removal, but ㅍㄹㅁ says it’s okay even if I do total removal… The director here does say no for noses that don’t seem suitable for total removal, right? Has anyone here had total removal here and experienced the columella curling inward or contracture? ㅜㅜ Also, I’m curious about reviews from everyone who had removal at ㅍㄹㅁ
