Current situation: septal cartilage, high silicone implant, ear cartilage, donated costal cartilage used, columellar extension in place. It has been a little over 2 years since surgery. Whenever I was tired, I had mild nasal itching and slight redness, etc., but if I rested well for a day or two, it got better. Currently, I suddenly have a heavy foreign-body sensation in my nose, and when I lie on my side, it feels like it shifts to that side. What I want: removal of all foreign materials that went in during surgery, including silicone, capsule, donated costal cartilage, cartilage, etc., and to return with only minimal cartilage to my pre-surgery nose, which was an extremely low and short nose. A soft nose, as long as it doesn’t become more upturned than my natural nose…
