I got my nose done 10 years ago, and a few months later I ended up overseas because of work. My nose got a little red and I wondered if it was inflammation, but since I was abroad I couldn't go to a hospital. At some point, the skin slightly sank in and the color changed to a darkish tone ㅠ After that, I came back to Korea right away and had the silicone removed at a clinic, then about 2 years later at another clinic I had just the nasal tip slightly raised with costal cartilage without silicone, and I just lived with it for about 6-7 years. But these days I want to bring the columella down a bit more and also put silicone in, so I'm seriously thinking about itㅠ I don't want it to look too natural, and rather than the columella looking sharply straight, I want the columella brought down in an elegant way ...
