I had rhinoplasty with 3 mm silicone and only septal cartilage used for the nasal tip, and the shape is too excessive, so I’m planning to have everything removed. My nose was originally large with a slight hump, and my natural nose was pretty too. I’m scheduled for removal on August 7, and I decided to have it done by the director who performed my surgery. Since there are no problems, he said removal is possible even on day 35 and that there won’t be any side effects, so I decided to remove it. I want to go back almost to my original nose, but I’m debating whether to leave the septal cartilage strut in or do a complete removal. Even if I leave the septal cartilage strut in, will it be almost similar to my original nose…
