Right now my columella and nostrils are uneven, and I feel like it has gotten worse over time. Yesterday I went for a consultation at the hospital where I had my last surgery, and they said they used donated rib cartilage and my ear cartilage for the surgery. Is it true that donated rib cartilage gets absorbed a lot? They say if you use autologous rib cartilage, there is still less absorption.. And the director said he can't guarantee it will be matched 100%, but that it would still be better than my current condition. I'm worried that even if it gets better, it might become uneven again later over time, or become worse than now.. Still, would it be better to do it here rather than going somewhere else???
