My first rhinoplasty turned out higher than I expected, so I had revision consultations, and they said they would lower the silicone a bit and shave down the ear cartilage that was used to make it lower. If I have revision surgery like this, will it become at least a little similar to my original nose? Right now, by my standards, my nose is too high ㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
