1 If I remove all the nasal implant material, will the nasal tip become deeply sunken like the attached photo? Will it sink in that way? 2 If I don’t remove the capsule, will I avoid contracture or inflammation later? They say a normal capsule is not removed ㅠㅠㅠ I’m so curious ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Please help ㅠㅠㅠ
