Hello. Among those who had rhinoplasty with thin skin, is there anyone whose silicone or cartilage showed through right away, or showed through after time passed? I'm considering it, and at one clinic they said my skin is so thin that there is a possibility it could show through. When I compare and touch it with other people's, it's thin enough that others are surprised. I would appreciate your answers.
