Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

If silicone that has been in place for over 10 years is removed, is the nasal bridge underneath indented?

I'm not talking about cases where it was removed after a short period. I've heard that when an implant presses on the nasal bridge bone for 10 years over a long period, the bridge becomes lower, so if you remove it, the nose becomes lower than the original nose. Could that really be true? Or I've also heard that even if that happens, after removal the nasal bone gradually restores somewhat to its original height. Is that correct?
