Maybe it was because I was young back then, but I just wanted to do it and, without thinking much, I got it done almost like I was tagging along with a friend and getting it over with. My nose was low and small, so I really wanted to get it done. So when my friends were having ear cartilage taken and all that, the hospital I went to said I only needed silicone inserted, so I did it. Thinking about it now, I think that was L-shaped silicone. That’s the conclusion I came to on my own after referring to photos of complication cases and so on. From the side, the silhouette looks bent, as if an invisible person is pressing down on the nasal tip, and a few years ago the shape of the silicone was slightly visible on the bridge of my nose, but that phenomenon has disappeared now…
