I raised my nasal tip with septal cartilage, but now it’s sharp and looks like it might break through. The cartilage shows through. My nose has become long and sharp like Pinocchio’s. If I remove the septal cartilage, will my nose become rounded? If I take it out, will it collapse deeply? I can’t do this or that. People who had their nasal tip material removed, please share removal reviews.
