I had nose surgery with silicone and ear cartilage, and it's been 10 years. But deep inside my nostril, near the columella, it kept hurting, then turned red, and a bit of pus that looked like nasal crust kept coming out. I don't know if it's acne or inflammation, so I'm thinking of removing everything from my nose. But if I'm worried my nose might collapse and remove only the silicone, something will 100% happen, right ㅠㅠ Has anyone here gone through something similar?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
