For revision rhinoplasty, would it be better to just remove the silicone, or would it be better to get a custom implant? I’m so torn and really have no sense of what to do. Honestly, while doing revision rhinoplasty, I want to replace the silicone, not remove it, but there are also people telling me to remove it. Sigh, I’m conflicted
