After removing silicone, only the nasal tip with costal cartilage

There’s a step-off on the nasal bridge, so there’s a noticeable boundary lineㅠ I went for a consultation because my nasal tip had drooped, and they said what if I remove the silicone and build the nasal bridge with costal cartilage, but because the skin has thinned, it ends up looking bumpy and obvious. They asked if my nasal bridge had been very low and whether I hadn’t thought about removal. But the silicone has been pressing down for 20 years, so is it okay to remove it? After removing it, is it okay to only raise the nasal tip?
