I’ve heard that once you get nose surgery, you have to keep getting revision surgeries, so I’ve always only thought about wanting to do my nose but haven’t been able to actually do it. But is revision surgery also necessary for tip-plasty..? Can contraction happen even with just tip-plasty…? I can compromise on the bridge of my nose, but my nose shape looks a bit like a bulbous nose, so I don’t like it. I want to get something like tip-plasty or nostril reduction…
