I wonder if surgery to build up the nasal bone is painful, and about the cost. Are procedures involving the nasal bone relatively inexpensive? I also want to know about postoperative side effects, the cost, and whether there are separate specialized hospitals that are good at nose surgery. I’ve looked at a lot of nose surgery reviews here and there too, but places that write in detail about things like inflammation and other side effects areㅎ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
