It’s my first surgery, and since I have a low, short nose, I want to make it glamorous with autologous costal cartilage. But the doctor says that for a first surgery, they don’t really recommend autologous costal cartilage that leaves a 4 cm scar under the chest. Still, donated rib cartilage feels a bit icky to me Should I push for autologous costal cartilage, or would donated rib cartilage be okay too
