2 years ago, I had surgery without implants using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. The nasal tip did look a bit too prominent, like a beoseon-style upturned nose (I’m a man), but people said it suited my face, so I’ve just been living with it. But recently, I can see a slightly sunken area between the nasal tip and the bridge When I looked in the mirror today, it was really noticeable, so I’m going to contact the clinic first. Has anyone had revision surgery for a saddle nose??
