I'm 4 months post-op now, and when it reaches 6 months, I'm thinking of lowering only the silicone on my nasal bridge.. I want to leave the nasal tip as it is and just replace the silicone with a closed approach. Has anyone here done it like this? I'm worried that if I only lower the bridge, the nasal tip might look too high.. I want to do the revision while touching as little as possible. Right now I have 5 mm silicone in, and I want to lower it by about.. 2 mm. I tend to swell easily, so I had a lot of swelling too, and I'm worried about how the swelling will be.
