Well, people who simply used silicone and ear cartilage probably mostly went back, but my nose has had a lot done to it: silicone, septal extension, ear cartilage, and bulbous nose correction. The shape is like Pinocchio, breathing is difficult, and the foreign-body sensation is severe, so I just want to completely remove everything. It’s okay if the shape gets a bit upturned, as long as it just becomes shaped like a human nose. Is there anyone who regrets complete removal?
