I’m asking because I’m really desperate. I think I have a septal extension placed in my nasal tip, but it’s so hard and has become a witch-like arrow nose, so I want to remove everything. Every time my children don’t go carefully, I’m afraid my hard nose might get hurt, and my quality of life has dropped so much. I have children to take care of, but because of depression, it’s hard to take care of them too. So I decided on complete removal, but I’m scared because it seems like there may be side effects. If you’ve had it removed, please let me know how it was
