Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

They say getting scar-tissue injections in the nose can even cause nasal necrosis. Is that true??

Just like the title says, I saw quite a few people saying they got scar-tissue injections inside the nose and then developed necrosis. Does necrosis really happenㅠㅠㅠ After my primary surgery, 6 months later I removed only the silicone and autologous costal cartilage, and because of the septal cartilage inside my nose I still can’t breathe, so I’m thinking about removing the septal cartilage too. If I have removal surgery, that would mean opening my nose 3 times. But my nose is already packed full of scar tissue inside, so breathing is uncomfortable, and the area of my nose where the scar tissue is attached has a really strong foreign-body sensation. Primary surgery, removal 6 months later, and now I’m 4 months after the removal surgery. I’m just putting up with the discomfort…
