I originally had a short, upturned snub nose, and I even had revision rhinoplasty. Right now, I like my nasal bridge, but I don’t like my nasal tip because of the drooping alar rims and nostril show from the front.
During the consultation, the director took one look and said he didn’t think the bridge needed to be touched, and recommended surgery to bring down the nostrils, lengthen/lower the columella, and bring the nostril wings together. Everything he explained made sense, and the issues I thought I had seemed to match what the director saw too, so I’m tempted.
But there aren’t many reviews, so I’m worried. If anyone can share any information at all, you’ll seriously be blessed ㅠㅠ
