I am looking into rhinoplasty, but I have rhinitis, so I am worried it might get worse after cosmetic surgery. I want to reduce my nasal alar width and make my nose pretty, but what are the surgical results like when you have rhinitis? For those with rhinitis, did your nose surgery go well? What methods did everyone use for rhinoplasty? I have not looked into hospitals yet. Please tell me hospitals that are good at rhinitis-related nose surgery.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
