10 years ago, I had it done with ear cartilage + silicone, and maybe because my nose was small, they couldn’t raise it much from the start. The doctor had even told me it might be better for me to just get filler... Anyway, of course after surgery the silicone seemed shifted to one side? It looked crooked, and my nostrils were uneven, so I didn’t like it. But I lived feeling grateful that I didn’t have any side effects. Then, little by little, I saw people around me who had nose surgery turn out pretty, and I started thinking, since I already did it, I want to make it pretty too. Every winter, I also get this weird rotten smell? and I guess you’d call it oozing discharge. Something that isn’t exactly a runny nose keeps flowing out, and there’s scar tissue too. The tip of my nose has changed to a slightly bruised color? rather than skin color, so I’m a bit anxious... So I’m thinking of doing it this winter, and when I looked into it, people said autologous costal cartilage is the safest? But they say it hurts soooo insanely much, so I’m really scared, excited, annoyed ㅠ Why did I even get plastic surgery in the first place, seriously.. I don’t even have money, damn! Sigh, anyway, after researching online, Coshop and Louvre seem like two decent places. How are they? Does autologous costal cartilage surgery hurt a lot? I’m scared... ㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
