I went for a consultation because of nasal tip removal, and the director was thorough and kind. I wanted to keep the support strut, but he recommended total removal, and since I don't have inflammation or contracture, he said there is almost no chance my nose will upturn. I've used donated costal cartilage, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage in my nasal tip, so it feels like a waste to remove everything. I was only planning to remove the donated costal cartilage, but now I'm reconsidering total removal too. If anyone has had total removal at Cha Min, donated costal cartilage removal, or has booked surgery, any kind of review is fine, so please shareㅠㅠㅠ
