If my natural nose had a slightly wide nasal tip, after total removal, how is it most likely to change? Will it be more likely to droop, or will it end up somewhere between the surgical result and my original nose? It wasn’t a long nose, though.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
