For my first nose surgery, I had osteotomy without implants and only lifted the nasal tip For my first nose, I did it without much ambition, but I started being drawn to more glamorous noses For my second surgery, I said I wanted my nose lengthened and the nasal tip raised, but my nose became even shorter and all the cartilage showed through For my third surgery, I was only fixated on lengthening the nose, so I didn't care about the design and only focused on a place that would lengthen it It became a really long arrow-shaped nose Now I've found what I want: a feminine straight-with-slight-curve nose, naturally lowering the bridge silicone, lifting the nasal tip slightly, and making it look slim from the front! I had this surgery hoping it would be my last I'm on day 3 now!! I went through a lot emotionally because of my nose..... oqshzb Oh, and does the columella possibly come down too...? Looking at it now, the columella hasn't really come down much, so the columella doesn't look any different from my previous nose
르미짱 [@oqshzb] Originally, if you have osteotomy, it swells, and if you haven't reached 3 months after nose surgery, swelling continues to remain! Time is the medicine. Don't eat irritating foods, walk a lot, and live busily, and at some point you'll see your nose with the swelling gone. Also, until the swelling goes down, it's hard to accurately tell whether this is swelling or not
르미짱 [@oqshzb] It does depend on what was put in, but in the case of ear cartilage it really comes down a lot, and even when autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage was used, it came down too. Because of gravity and because you move and use your mouth, it will definitely come down!
