I had surgery because I wanted to make my nostril sizes similar, but the difference in nostril size has become even worse. The hospital says it’s swelling, but in 4 days it will be one month... Being told to just wait no matter what sounds like they’re avoiding responsibility. If they had said from the beginning that it would get worse, I wouldn’t have had it done here. I’m angry. My left nostril was already small to begin with, but they cut more at the nasal sill, so even my little finger won’t go in.. Since they said they did the nasal sill last, the doctor should remember the final nostril shape, but they don’t explain it in detail. They say it’s too early to discuss the shape. I’m angry. If they were going to make it worse from the beginning, they should have said they couldn’t do it. Revision surgery was so hard.. but since my nostril is in this state, I think I’ll have to do more. What should I do about nostrils like this? I’m upset. (For reference, this is a 7.86 million won nose.) Added: the first photo is the recent appearance. Is it getting slightly better?
zerubyyy Whoa, that’s really severe? At this level, they should provide aftercare correction.

궁꾸미 Aftercare correction is possible after 6 months anyway, so you need to keep talking to them! At almost one month, when most of the major swelling should be gone, anyone can see these nostrils are uneven and asymmetrical. This is insane.
