Every time I went to clinics, I asked about nasal side effects, and all the doctors said that if things don’t work out, I can just have the silicone removed… Is that really true… or are they just saying that? They said if it seems like inflammation has developed, I should come in right away and have it removed, and then there won’t be a problem. But as you know, revision rhinoplasty rates are high, so I’m worried.
