Inflammation after rhinoplasty

It has now been 1 year since I had rhinoplasty using septal cartilage + silicone. Starting from about 6 months after surgery, swelling began whenever I couldn’t sleep or my condition was bad....... The area between my brows or my nasal dorsum would swell a lot, like an Avatar nose, so I went straight to the hospital where I had surgery and had a consultation. But at that time, they said there didn’t seem to be signs of inflammation and that there was a possibility some swelling remained, and only gave me antibiotics. I took them, but after that, once every month or two, my nose would swell, then I’d go to an ENT clinic, take antibiotics, and it would settle down. This kept repeating, but starting yesterday, the nasal tip became red and swollen, and the tip started lifting like a contracture phenomenon. Ha............ I’m going to go to the hospital tomorrow for now.... If it’s inflammation, aside from them saying they’ll do revision surgery or something, getting a partial refund would be difficult, right? Honestly, after getting my nose done, I feel like I spent almost half a year under stress.
