It’s my first surgery, and autologous costal cartilage is too expensive, so I’m thinking of using donated costal cartilage. Does it always droop?ㅜㅜ And honestly, I did think about ear cartilage too, but except for one place, they all recommended rib cartilage. Then I guess it’s right to go with rib cartilage, right? Everyone with experience, please give me some advice just onceㅜㅜ
